All houses are within two blocks of bus routes.
All houses have a washer and dryer.
All houses have central air except 201 Stanage, which has window AC.
All houses have off street parking except 205 Charles (may have 1 spot in back).
All houses accept cats. More than 1 cat requires a pet deposit (1/2 months rent).
All houses accept dogs under 30 lbs with a pet deposit of 1/2 months rent.
Pet deposits are non-refundable
